The Ministry of Health – Global Fund HIV Component invites applications for the post of Finance Assistant (MN–2 Grade III) on contract basis until 31st December 2027.

📌 Position Overview | பதவியின் விவரம்

The Finance Assistant will support financial documentation, voucher preparation, bank reconciliation, and monthly reporting for the HIV Grant Project.

நிதிப் பதிவுகள், வவுச்சர் தயாரித்தல், வங்கி சமன்படுத்தல் மற்றும் மாதாந்திர நிதி அறிக்கைகள் தயாரித்தல் போன்ற பொறுப்புகளை மேற்கொள்வார்.

📝 Key Responsibilities | முக்கிய பொறுப்புகள்

• Preparation of monthly settlement vouchers & financial statements 
• மாதாந்திர வவுச்சர்கள் மற்றும் நிதி அறிக்கைகள் தயாரித்தல்

• Verification of financial documentsஆவணங்களை சரிபார்த்தல்
• Data entry in finance systems (AceSoft) நிதி அமைப்புகளில் தகவல் உள்ளிடுதல்

• Bank reconciliation & filing
• வங்கி சமன்படுத்தல் மற்றும் ஆவண கோப்புகள் பராமரித்தல்

• Handling advances, receipts & ledgers
• அட்வான்ஸ், ரசீதுகள், லெட்ஜர் பராமரித்தல்

• Coordination with HIV Grant Office
• திட்ட அலுவலகத்துடன் ஒருங்கிணைப்பு

🎓 Required Qualifications | தகுதிகள்

• O/L: 6 subjects including English & Maths
• O/L – ஆங்கிலம் மற்றும் கணிதம் உட்பட 6 பாடங்கள்

• A/L: 3 passes (excluding General English/Knowledge)
• A/L – 3 பாடங்களில் தேர்ச்சி

• Minimum 1 year experience in finance work
• குறைந்தது 1 ஆண்டு நிதி அனுபவம்

• MS Office, Email, Internet knowledge
• கணினி அறிவு அவசியம்

• Experience in AceSoft / QuickBooks (added advantage)
• AceSoft / QuickBooks தெரிந்தால் கூடுதல் நன்மை

• Communication in English + Tamil/Sinhala
• ஆங்கிலம் + தமிழ்/சிங்களம் தொடர்புத் திறன்

💼 Salary & Conditions | சம்பளம் & ஒப்பந்த நிபந்தனைகள்

• MN–2 Salary Scale: Rs. 43,226 – 61,310
• EPF/ETF applicable
• Duty station: Colombo
• 1-year renewable contract
