01) Assistant Registrar (Legal & Documentation)
Qualifications:
- Attorney-at-Law with a Degree in Law/Legal Studies and at least 02 years’ experience in court/legal drafting
OR - Attorney-at-Law with at least 03 years’ post-qualification experience in legal documentation and court work in a State Institution/Corporation or reputed Private Sector/Official Bar
02) Works Engineer (Civil)
(i) Grade III – Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Engineering (Civil) + Registered with ECSL/IESL as Associate Engineer
OR - BET (Civil / Construction Technology) + 02 years’ experience + Registered as Affiliate Engineer
OR - NDT (Civil) or equivalent + 07 years’ experience + Registered as Incorporated Engineer
(ii) Grade II – Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Engineering (Civil) + Registered as Associate Engineer
- Minimum 05 years’ experience in building/road/water/drainage/electrical works and contract & labour management
03) Project Manager – Construction Works
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent (IESL recognized)
- Corporate Membership of a recognized Engineering or Quantity Surveying Institute
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction projects, contract handling and direct labour management
- Preference for candidates with Project Management experience
04) Chief Marshal
- Officer not below the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (Armed Forces) or equivalent Police rank
- Proven active participation in sports is essential
05) Career Guidance Counsellor (Grade II)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with First or Second Class + 04 years’ experience in student affairs
- Strong command of English communication skills
Notes:
- Preference for PG qualifications in HRM/Counselling or experience in Career Guidance
- Age: 22–45 years on closing date
06) Assistant Network Manager (Grade II)
Preference for experience in Linux, Networking, DBMS, LMS, Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, VMware, Cloud, Cyber Security, DRP.
Qualifications (Any one):
- B.Sc. Special (CS/CE) – 1st/2nd Class
OR B.Sc. Special Pass + 01 year experience
OR B.Sc. General (with Computing) Pass + 02 years’ experience
OR B.Sc. General (without Computing) Pass + 03 years’ experience
OR Any Degree + PG Diploma (CS/CT) + 01 year experience
OR 15 years’ service as a Computer Programmer in University Service
07) Programmer cum System Analyst (Grade II)
Preference for experience in IT systems for examinations and student enrolment.
Qualifications (Any one):
- B.Sc. Special (CS/CE) – 1st/2nd Class
OR B.Sc. Special Pass + B.Sc. General (with Computing) 1st/2nd Class + 01 year experience
OR B.Sc. General (with Computing) Pass + 02 years’ experience
OR B.Sc. General (without Computing) Pass + 03 years’ experience
OR Any Degree + PG Diploma (CS/CT) + 01 year experience
OR 15 years’ experience as Computer Programmer in University Service
