Management Assistant – SLAERC

The Sri Lanka Atomic Energy Regulatory Council (SLAERC), under the Ministry of Energy, invites applications from qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the position of Management Assistant (MA 1-2) – 03 posts.

Qualifications:

#External Candidates:

• G.C.E. (O/L) – 6 subjects in one sitting with credit passes in 4 subjects including Sinhala/Tamil & Mathematics

• G.C.E. (A/L) – 3 subjects (new syllabus) / 4 subjects (old syllabus)

• Knowledge of word processing is an added advantage

Internal Candidates:

• G.C.E. (O/L) – 6 subjects with credit passes in 4 subjects including Sinhala/Tamil & Mathematics

• Minimum 5 years of satisfactory service in a permanent post under primary level – skilled or unskilled category

Age Limit: 18 – 45 years

Salary Scale: Rs. 46,220/- up to Rs. 87,710/- (Basic Salary Rs. 40,403/- as at 01.01.2025)

Method of Recruitment: Competitive written examination and/or structured interview

General Requirements:

• Must be a Sri Lankan citizen

• Physically and mentally fit to serve anywhere in the country

• Possess good moral character
