1. Assistant Project Director (Finance) : 01
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) OR equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 09 years of experience in finance-related work in a foreign-funded project or equivalent
- Government officers must be in Grade III/II with at least 09 years of service
2. Assistant Project Director (Engineering) : 01
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (UGC recognized) OR equivalent engineering qualification
- Minimum 09 years of experience in engineering, preferably in foreign-funded projects
- Government officers must be in Grade III/II with at least 09 years of service
3. Senior Procurement Officer: 01
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (UGC recognized) OR NVQ Level 06 or above in a relevant technical field
- Minimum 04 years of experience in procurement in a foreign-funded project
- Additional qualifications in Bills of Quantities and railway-related experience will be an advantage
4. Senior Technical Officer: 01
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field OR NVQ Level 07 / NVQ Level 06 qualification in a relevant technical field
- Minimum 04–14 years of experience in a relevant field (foreign-funded project experience preferred)
- Professional qualifications in Bills of Quantities and railway sector experience are added advantages
5. Project Secretary: 01
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level with credit passes in English, Sinhala/Tamil
- Government-recognized Secretarial qualification
- 06 years of experience in a foreign-funded project at a similar level
- Chartered Secretary qualification with 05 years’ experience will be an advantage
General Conditions
- Applicants must be below 64 years of age
- Appointments are initially on contract basis
- Possibility of contract extension based on performance and project requirements
- EPF Contributions:
- Employee: 8%
- Employer: 12%
