Position: Manager 

– Digital Marketing (Contract Basis)

இலங்கை வங்கி (Bank of Ceylon) தனது Digital Marketing பிரிவில் பணியாற்ற தகுதியான மற்றும் உற்சாகமான நபர்களிடமிருந்து விண்ணப்பங்களை அழைக்கிறது

Key Responsibilities / முக்கிய பொறுப்புகள்

• Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with the bank’s goals.
• வங்கியின் நோக்கங்களுக்கு ஏற்ப டிஜிட்டல் மார்க்கெட்டிங் திட்டங்களை உருவாக்குதல்.

• Create and manage content for website, blog & social media.
• இணையதளம், ப்ளாக், சமூக ஊடகங்களுக்கு உள்ளடக்கம் தயாரித்தல்.

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
• வங்கியின் சமூக ஊடக பக்கங்களை மேலாண்மை செய்தல்.

• Conduct SEO keyword research & performance optimization.
• SEO தொடர்பான கீ-வேர்ட் ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் செயல்திறன் மேம்படுத்தல்.

• Handle PPC advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Google Ads, Facebook Ads போன்ற பணம் செலுத்தப்படும் விளம்பரங்களை நிர்வகித்தல்.

• Execute email marketing campaigns for prospective customers.
• எதிர்பார்க்கப்படும் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கான மின்னஞ்சல் மார்க்கெட்டிங்.

• Analyse performance using Google Analytics & other tools.
• Google Analytics உள்ளிட்ட கருவிகளை பயன்படுத்தி பகுப்பாய்வு.

• Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
• அனைத்து டிஜிட்டல் தளங்களிலும் பிராண்டின் ஒரே தன்மையை உறுதி செய்தல்.

Eligibility Criteria / தகுதி நிபந்தனைகள்

• Nationality / குடியுரிமை

Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.

விண்ணப்பதாரர் இலங்கை குடியுரிமை கொண்டவராக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

Qualifications / கல்வித் தகுதி

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
• Marketing degreeக்கு இணையான IT degree அல்லது Digital Marketing diploma இருப்பது முன்னுரிமை.

Experience / அனுபவம்

• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Digital Marketing.
• குறைந்தபட்சம் 2 வருட டிஜிட்டல் மார்க்கெட்டிங் அனுபவம்.

Other Requirements / பிற தகுதிகள்

• Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
• ஆங்கிலம் + தமிழ்/சிங்களத்தில் நல்லறிவு.
• Good understanding of websites, social media & digital platforms.

• Age: 45 years or below.
• வயது: 45 கீழ் இருக்க வேண்டும்.

Contract period: 3 years (Annual performance review).

Attractive remuneration based on qualifications.
