Qualifications:

• Sri Lankan citizen 🇱🇰
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• English proficiency: O/L “B” pass or equivalent (IELTS 6.5+, ELPC Level 4+)
• CPL or ATPL license is an advantage
• Fluency in English

Other Requirements:

• 1-year training with AASL (on expenditure recovery basis)
• Must sign an agreement to serve AASL for a determined period
• Age: Below 30 years

• English Written Test
• Interview
• Medical Examination
