1. Stakeholder Communication & Marketing Officer (PS-6A)

Qualifications & Experience

a) A Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field from an institution recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC)

OR

A qualification recognized by the UGC as equivalent to a degree in the relevant field

OR

An Associate Membership or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized professional body in the relevant field

OR

A Certificate of Proficiency not below NVQ Level , issued by a Technical/Vocational Training Institute accepted by the Tertiary & Vocational Education Commission (TVEC), with a minimum of 01 year of experience in the relevant field

OR

A Certificate of Proficiency not below NVQ Level 6, with 05 years of experience in the relevant field

OR

A Certificate of Proficiency not below NVQ Level 5, with 11 years of experience in the relevant fiel

2. Contracts Officer (PS-6B)

No. of Positions: 01

Qualifications & Experience

a) A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, or a related field from an institution recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC)

OR

A qualification recognized by the UGC as equivalent to a degree in the relevant field

OR

A Certificate of Proficiency not below NVQ Level 7, with at least 01 year of experience in the relevant field

OR

A Certificate of Proficiency not below *NVQ Level 6, with 05 years of experience in the relevant field

OR

A Certificate of Proficiency not below NVQ Level 5, with 10 years of experience in the relevant field

*Age: Must be below 55 years as of 03.11.2025
