CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER ( CIO )

Candidate should possess the following qualifications .

• A degree in Computer Science , Engineering or ICT from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission ( UGC ) of Sri Lanka , and post graduate degree or post graduate diploma in a relevant field from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission ( UGC ) of Sri Lanka .

Preference will be given to those who have a postgraduate degree in the field of ICT from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka .

• Overall , 12 years ' experience in ICT operation with at least 8 years at Senior Management level ( equivalent to Assistant General Manager level and above ) in a bank or recognized financial institution .

• Should have full exposure to ICT and solid understanding of evolving technologies and latest banking technology .

• Should be able to conceptualize and develop total automation in the banking and other functions .

• Age below 57 years
